Quiet, nonsmoking, nondrinking, petless graduate student looking for a
studio apartment. Small/slightly ramshackle is fine. Must have a full
bathroom, and hopefully a full kitchen too. I'd prefer to rent from
homeowners, if possible. It needs to be $400 or less including utilities,
though I might be able to afford up to $450 if it's really great. I would
like to move in on August 1, though I can probably find a place to stay up
