Annual Elm Street Survey


date August 28 2008	The annual Elm Street Survey is being mailed this week, please take a few moments to fill one out and send it in! The survey helps Henry devise future programs and track our progress as a neighborhood. All responses are confidential, and can be mailed, scanned and emailed, faxed, or dropped off in person at the FDA office. Also, if you know of anyone who lives in the Elm Street District (see map) that didn't receive a survey in the mail, please let them know that they may request a copy from Henry (henry@friendship-pgh.org or 412.441.6147x1).
