New Staff at Friendship Development Associates

date March 06 2008	Henry Pyatt has recently been named Neighborhood Planning Manager at Friendship Development Associates. Pyatt will be managing and implementing the Elm Street Program and projects through community planning and research. Pyatt, a former resident of Friendship, graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2005, receiving a bachelor of art degree in Urban Studies with a Planning concentration. Pyatt comes to Friendship Development Associates with a background in city planning, construction and coordination experience. He served as Local Event Manager and Talent Finder for Street Teams USA where he was responsible for both finding appropriate workers to suit each promotion and coordinating with traveling promotional tour managers to execute events at specific sites. He has also worked as an intern at the City of Pittsburgh Planning Department. Through surveys, interviews and Zoning Board Meetings he was able to complete a study to certify a new Residential Permit Parking District. In his spare time, Pyatt enjoys local music, maps and the history of our fair commonwealth.  Pyatt looks forward to using his prior experience and education to continue to grow the Friendship community through the Elm Street Program.
