Looking for local contractors

Hello Neighbors! As you may have heard the Elm Street Porch program has been pushed back to 2009 due to funding constraints. In order to prepare for the program I would like to ask the community for contractor referrals. Im looking for contractors with whom you have personal experience, and have had a positive experience with. Because of the nature of Elm Street funding, I am particularly interested in contractors who have a reputation for keeping schedules and working quickly.
