SHADY AVE, a quarterly East End magazine, highlighted Penn Avenue in it's summer issue. Titled, "PENN AVENUE A Street of Dreams", the article describes the transformation taking place along Penn Avenue running from East Liberty, through the Penn Avenue Arts District and into Lawrenceville.
