Building Ownership Workshop in the News

Penn Avenue Arts Initiative (PAAI) is hosting it's annual Building Ownership Workshop on September 18th. Prior to the workshop, at 4pm an open house of the former Pap's 'N Us building at 5106 Penn Avenue will be held. PAAI is accepting RFP's for the sale and renovation of this property.
