The 2020 Friendship Flower & Folk Festival
SATURDAY, MAY 9th, 11 AM to 4 PM AT BAUM GROVE
This is the one and only fundraiser for the upkeep of the community green space at the corners of Roup, Harriet, and South Fairmont Streets.
PLANTS AND FLOWERS
Stop by for a select group of locally grown plants, flowers, heirloom vegetables & herbs, and special Mother’s Day baskets. Plant pre-order will be available soon!
Bring a blanket and listen to live acoustic, folk and jazz from many of Pittsburgh's best local performers at the amphitheater at Baum Grove.
All day long! Events sponsored by the Friendship Community Group include traditional street food, the famous book sale, an awesome raffle, and an artists' market. Live demonstrations on sustainable practices, gardening, and biking will be offered throughout the day too, and don't forget about the cool kid stuff: a bouncy house, kids' raffle and more!
This event is a great opportunity for local makers and organizations to showcase their work or products. We have approximately 12 slots available for vendors and the fee is $25 per spot. Reservations are required and no spot is final until payment is received. Please contact Wesley Waldrup at to reserve your spot. Each vendor must supply their own table and chair, and check in at the Friendship Community Booth the morning of the event by 10 am. Payment is available through PayPal or check.
Checks should be written to the Friendship Community Group and mailed to 371 S. Graham Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15232.
Sponsorships are available as well. Sponsors will be included on advertising material and receive recognition throughout the event. Please contact Dutch MacDonald at for further information.
Please direct any additional F4 inquiries to Jayne Bower.
