The proposed Doc Econemou Hotel Project at the intersection of Baum Blvd. and Liberty Ave is going before the Pittsburgh Zoning Board of Adjustment to request variances on December 4th at 9:50am. The variances being requested are below. This meeting will be open to the public, and it is recommended that interested parties show up to 200 Ross St. at least a few minutes prior to the scheduled time of the hearing in which they are interested.
